I learned this fried rice from a very popular Chinese restaurant in New York City where I had worked.  It has roast pork, shrimp, lobster, peas, scallions, eggs, and shredded lettuce and is flavored with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.  Price  --  Expensive
 
Spicy Fried Rice
This fried rice features a special Szechwan Chili Oil from China for hotness and fresh Italian basil for fragrance.  This can be made with shrimp, beef, chicken, or vegetables.  Other flavorings include soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and white pepper.         Price  --  Inexpensive
 
Lo Mein
